Hostel & Mess Charges

- Triple Occupancy Room: INR 35,000 per semester (shared with two roommates).
The mess operates on a monthly billing system, charging INR 12,000 per month for standard meals. Rebates are available for students who opt out of the mess or those from low-income families.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
Several financial aid options are available to eligible students:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Full waiver on tuition fees with partial concessions on hostel charges based on income.
- EWS Category: 50% concession on tuition fees and full waiver on hostel charges.
- MCM (Minority Community): 30% concession on tuition fees and 20% on hostel charges.
Eligibility for these benefits is determined through verification of income certificates and category documents submitted during the admission process. Applications for scholarships are reviewed annually, with awards distributed based on academic performance and financial need.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Fees must be paid by the specified deadline at the beginning of each semester. Late payments incur a penalty of INR 500 per day beyond the due date.
Refunds are processed only upon formal withdrawal from the institution and subject to approval by the administration. Refundable components include tuition fees, hostel rent (pro-rated), and mess charges up to the point of withdrawal.
Students must submit a written application along with supporting documents for any refund request, which is typically processed within 30 days of submission.
