Fee Structure (Per Semester)

The total fee for the entire program is approximately INR 12,00,000 over four years, payable in installments per semester.

Fee Components Explained

• Tuition Fee: Covers instruction, academic resources, and access to online learning platforms and libraries.
• Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in air-conditioned rooms with shared amenities such as laundry services, Wi-Fi, and 24/7 security.
• Mess Advance: A pre-paid amount covering meals for the semester, with billing done at the end of each month.
• Student Benevolent Fund: Supports students facing financial hardships through emergency grants and scholarships.
• Medical Fees: Covers access to campus medical facilities and health check-ups.
• Gymkhana Fees: Provides access to sports facilities, gymnasiums, and recreational activities.
• Examination Fees: Includes costs associated with conducting exams, evaluating papers, and issuing transcripts.

Hostel & Mess Charges

The hostel offers various room types catering to different needs:

• Single Occupancy Room: INR 60,000 per semester (includes all utilities and Wi-Fi).
• Double Occupancy Room: INR 45,000 per semester (shared with one roommate).
• Triple Occupancy Room: INR 35,000 per semester (shared with two roommates).

The mess operates on a monthly billing system, charging INR 12,000 per month for standard meals. Rebates are available for students who opt out of the mess or those from low-income families.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Several financial aid options are available to eligible students:

• SC/ST/PwD Category: Full waiver on tuition fees with partial concessions on hostel charges based on income.
• EWS Category: 50% concession on tuition fees and full waiver on hostel charges.
• MCM (Minority Community): 30% concession on tuition fees and 20% on hostel charges.

Eligibility for these benefits is determined through verification of income certificates and category documents submitted during the admission process. Applications for scholarships are reviewed annually, with awards distributed based on academic performance and financial need.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Fees must be paid by the specified deadline at the beginning of each semester. Late payments incur a penalty of INR 500 per day beyond the due date.

Refunds are processed only upon formal withdrawal from the institution and subject to approval by the administration. Refundable components include tuition fees, hostel rent (pro-rated), and mess charges up to the point of withdrawal.

Students must submit a written application along with supporting documents for any refund request, which is typically processed within 30 days of submission.
