Hostel & Mess Charges

  • Double Occupancy: INR 15,000 per semester
  • Triple Occupancy: INR 10,000 per semester

The mess billing system operates on a monthly basis. Students must deposit an advance of INR 15,000 for the first month and subsequent months are billed based on actual consumption. Rebate policies apply to students who meet certain attendance criteria or demonstrate exceptional academic performance.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The college offers several financial assistance options to eligible students:

  • SC/ST/PwD Category Students: Eligible for a 100% waiver on tuition fees and 50% reduction in hostel charges.
  • EWS Category Students: Receive a 50% concession on tuition fees and full hostel charges.
  • MCM (Minority Community Members): Eligible for 25% waiver on tuition fees and 10% discount on hostel charges.

Additionally, merit-based scholarships are awarded to students scoring above 90% in their qualifying examinations. These scholarships cover up to 75% of the annual tuition fee and can be renewed annually based on performance.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Fees must be paid before the start of each semester, with a grace period of one week for late payments. Late fees are calculated at 10% of the outstanding amount per month until full payment is received.

The refund policy applies to students who withdraw from the program within the first two months of the academic year. Refunds are processed after deducting administrative charges and any pending dues. Students must submit a formal application along with supporting documents for withdrawal requests.
