Hostel & Mess Charges

The mess billing system is designed to provide flexibility and convenience:
- Daily Meal Plan: Fixed charges of Rs. 150 per day covering breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- Weekly Meal Plan: Weekly subscription at Rs. 900 for unlimited meals during the week.
- Monthly Meal Plan: Monthly subscription at Rs. 3,600 covering all meals for the month.
Rebate policies are applied in cases of leave or medical emergencies to ensure fair billing practices.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The college provides various financial assistance programs:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% waiver on tuition fees with partial concession on hostel charges.
- EWS Category: 50% waiver on tuition fees with full concession on hostel charges.
- MCM (Minority Community Member): 25% waiver on tuition fees and partial concessions on other charges.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
All payments are processed through the official portal with options for online transactions via debit/credit cards, net banking, and NEFT/RTGS. Payment deadlines are strictly enforced with penalties applied for late submissions.
The refund policy applies in cases of withdrawal from the program:
- Withdrawal within 15 days: Full refund minus processing fees of Rs. 1,000.
- Withdrawal between 16-30 days: Refund of 90% of total fees minus processing fees.
- Withdrawal after 30 days: No refund is provided unless due to administrative errors or health complications verified by medical authorities.
