Hostel & Mess Charges

The hostel accommodation is designed to provide a comfortable and conducive environment for learning. Hostels are equipped with basic amenities such as beds, study tables, wardrobes, and Wi-Fi connectivity. The hostel rooms are shared, with 2-4 students per room.

The mess system provides nutritious and hygienic meals to students. The mess operates on a monthly billing system, with meals available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The menu is planned to meet the nutritional needs of students, with a balance of carbohydrates, proteins, and vitamins.

Rebate policies are in place for students who are absent due to valid reasons such as illness or family emergencies. The rebate is calculated based on the number of days of absence and is adjusted in the monthly billing.

The program offers various financial aid options to support students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. The following are the eligibility criteria and benefits for different categories:

SC/ST/PwD: Students belonging to SC/ST or PwD categories are eligible for a 50% concession in tuition fees and a 100% waiver in hostel rent and mess charges.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

The payment of fees is done online through the official portal of the institution. Students are required to pay the fees by the specified deadlines to avoid late fees. The payment process is secure and supports various payment modes, including credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and UPI.

Students who fail to pay the fees by the deadline are subject to late fees, which are calculated at 5% per month. In case of withdrawal or discontinuation of the program, the refund policy is applied based on the number of semesters completed and the reasons for withdrawal.

The refund is processed within 30 days of the withdrawal request. The refund amount is adjusted for any outstanding dues, including hostel rent, mess charges, and other fees. The refund is credited to the student's bank account or issued as a demand draft.
