Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Refund Policy

In case of withdrawal or transfer, students are eligible for refunds based on the following criteria:

  • Withdrawal before semester commencement: Full refund minus administrative charges (INR 10,000)
  • Withdrawal during the first month: Refund of tuition fee minus 50% of hostel rent and other charges
  • Withdrawal after one month: No refund except for tuition fees if no classes have been attended
