Project-Based Learning Approach
Our program emphasizes project-based learning, which allows students to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world legal challenges. The curriculum includes mandatory mini-projects and a final-year thesis or capstone project. These projects are designed to develop students' research, analytical, and communication skills.
Mini-projects are undertaken in the second year and are supervised by faculty members. Students work in teams to research and analyze a specific legal issue, presenting their findings in a written report and oral presentation. The projects are evaluated based on the quality of research, clarity of analysis, and effectiveness of presentation.
The final-year thesis or capstone project is a comprehensive research project that allows students to explore a legal topic of their choice in depth. Students are paired with a faculty mentor who guides them through the research process. The thesis is evaluated based on originality, research depth, legal analysis, and presentation quality.
Students select their projects based on their interests and career goals. The university provides access to legal databases, research facilities, and mentorship to support students in their research endeavors. The projects often result in publishable work or participation in national and international legal conferences.
