Fee Components Explanation

Tuition Fee: This covers the cost of instruction and academic resources for the entire program. The fee is fixed for the duration of the program and is subject to annual review based on inflation and institutional needs.

Hostel Rent: The hostel accommodation is provided at a nominal rate, covering basic amenities and services. The rent is adjusted annually based on inflation and infrastructure upgrades.

Mess Advance: The mess advance covers the cost of meals for the academic year. Students are required to pay an advance for the entire year, which is adjusted based on the number of meals consumed.

Student Benevolent Fund: This fund supports students in need and provides assistance for emergencies and special circumstances.

Medical Fees: This covers the cost of medical services provided by the university's health center.

Gymkhana Fees: This fee covers the cost of gym and recreational facilities provided by the university.

Examination Fees: This covers the cost of conducting examinations and maintaining academic standards.

Hostel & Mess Charges

The university provides hostel accommodation to all students, with various room types available:

• Single Room: INR 40,000 per year
• Double Room: INR 30,000 per year
• Triple Room: INR 20,000 per year

Rebate policies are available for students who are unable to use their hostel accommodation or mess services due to valid reasons, such as academic or medical emergencies.

• SC/ST/PwD Concession: 50% concession on tuition fee for SC/ST/PwD students
• EWS Concession: 25% concession on tuition fee for EWS students
• MCM Concession: 10% concession on tuition fee for MCM students

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payment Procedures: Students are required to pay the fees on or before the due date. Payment can be made through online banking, NEFT, or demand draft.

Late Fee Calculation: A late fee of INR 500 per day is applicable for payments made after the due date.

Refund Policy: Refunds are processed based on the university's refund policy, which includes provisions for withdrawal, transfer, and other special circumstances. The refund process is subject to verification and approval by the university authorities.
