Tuition Fee

Hostel & Mess Charges

The university offers several types of hostels with different room configurations:

  • Double Room - INR 10,000 per year
  • Triple Room - INR 8,000 per year
  • Four-Bedded Room - INR 6,000 per year

The mess billing system is based on consumption, with students paying for meals consumed during the year. The university offers different meal plans to accommodate various dietary needs.

Rebate policies are available for students who do not consume meals regularly. The rebate is calculated based on the number of days of non-consumption.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university offers several fee waivers and concessions to eligible students:

SC/ST/PwD

Students belonging to SC/ST/PwD categories are eligible for a 100% fee waiver.

EWS

Students from the EWS category are eligible for a 50% fee concession.

MCM

Students from the MCM category are eligible for a 25% fee concession.

Applications for fee waivers and concessions must be submitted with supporting documents, including caste certificates, income certificates, and disability certificates.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments for the B.Tech in Agriculture program must be made through the university's online payment gateway. Students can also make payments through bank transfer or demand draft.

Payment deadlines are as follows:

  • First Semester - Before the start of the academic year
  • Second Semester - Before the start of the second semester
  • Third Semester - Before the start of the third semester
  • Fourth Semester - Before the start of the fourth semester

Late fees are charged for delayed payments, with a fixed amount of INR 500 per month.

The refund policy is as follows:

  • Refunds are processed within 30 days of withdrawal
  • Refunds are subject to a deduction of administrative charges
  • Refunds are not processed for students who have completed more than 50% of the program

Students who wish to withdraw from the program must submit a formal application to the university authorities.
