Fee Components

Hostel & Mess Charges

Single Occupancy Room: These rooms are designed for individual students and come with a private bathroom, study desk, and basic furniture. The monthly rent is ₹15,000.
Double Occupancy Room: These rooms are shared by two students and include a private bathroom, study desk, and basic furniture. The monthly rent is ₹10,000.
Triple Occupancy Room: These rooms are shared by three students and include a shared bathroom, study desk, and basic furniture. The monthly rent is ₹7,000.
The mess charges are calculated based on the number of meals consumed per day. Students can choose from different meal plans, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The monthly mess charges range from ₹10,000 to ₹15,000, depending on the meal plan selected.
Rebate policies are available for students who are absent for a certain number of days due to illness or other valid reasons. Students can apply for rebates through the hostel administration, and the rebate is calculated based on the number of days absent.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The university offers several fee waivers and concessions for students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. The eligibility criteria for these financial aids are based on income slabs and other relevant factors.
SC/ST/PwD Concession: Students belonging to SC, ST, or PwD categories are eligible for a 50% concession on tuition fees. The concession is applied automatically based on the category certificate provided by the student.
EWS Concession: Students from EWS (Economically Weaker Sections) are eligible for a 25% concession on tuition fees. The concession is applied based on the EWS certificate provided by the student.
MCM Concession: Students from MCM (Multi-Caste Minority) categories are eligible for a 10% concession on tuition fees. The concession is applied based on the MCM certificate provided by the student.
The university also offers scholarships for meritorious students based on their academic performance. The scholarship amounts range from ₹50,000 to ₹200,000 per annum, depending on the student's performance and category.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Students are required to pay their fees within the specified deadline to avoid late fees and penalties. The payment can be made through online banking, credit/debit cards, or demand drafts. The university also provides a payment gateway for easy and secure transactions.
Late fees are applicable if the payment is made after the deadline. The late fee is calculated at 1% per month on the outstanding amount. Students are advised to make timely payments to avoid any inconvenience.
The refund policy is applicable in cases of withdrawal or transfer from the university. The refund process is initiated after the completion of the withdrawal formalities, and the refund amount is credited to the student's account within 30 days. The refund amount is calculated based on the fees paid and the number of days the student was enrolled in the university.
