1. Post-Matric Scholarship (GoI-PMS)
Eligibility:
Students belonging to SC, ST, OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), PWD, and Minority categories.
Annual family income should be within the prescribed limits set by respective state governments.
Applicants must be bonafide students of TISS.
Benefits:
Maintenance allowance ranging from ₹380 to ₹1,200 per month for hostellers and ₹230 to ₹550 per month for day scholars, for 10 months a year.
Reimbursement of non-refundable compulsory fees.
Book bank facility and other allowances.

Students must apply through their respective state government's scholarship portal.

2. National Fellowship and Scholarship for Higher Education of ST Students
Eligibility:
ST category students pursuing regular full-time M.Phil./Ph.D. programs.
Annual family income should not exceed ₹6,00,000.
Benefits:
₹25,000 per month for M.Phil. candidates.
₹28,000 per month for Ph.D. candidates.
3. Post-Matric Scholarships Scheme for Minorities
Eligibility:
Students belonging to minority communities with at least 50% marks in the previous final examination.
Annual family income should not exceed ₹2,00,000.
Benefits:
₹3,000 per annum.
Institute-Based Scholarships
1. TISS Student Aid
Eligibility:
Students from economically weaker sections.
Annual family income should not exceed ₹4.5 lakhs.
Minimum CGPA of 6.0 and 75% attendance.
Benefits:
Partial support covering the payable component of fees to the Institute.
2. Merit-Based Scholarships
Taksheel Foundation Merit Scholarship:
For School of Social Work students.
Annual family income should not exceed ₹3 lakhs.
Minimum CGPA of 6.0 and 75% attendance.
Cognizant Foundation Merit Fellowship:
For second-year MA students in Social Work and Development Studies.
Annual family income should not exceed ₹5 lakhs.
Award amount: ₹60,000 per year.
Allana Foundation Aid for Muslim Minorities:
