Hostel & Mess Charges

The mess billing system operates on a monthly cycle where students prepay for meals using an electronic card linked to their student ID. The system allows for flexible meal plans including vegetarian, non-vegetarian, and hybrid options. Rebates are available for students who attend all meals regularly or participate in hostel activities.

Fee Waivers, Concessions & Scholarships

Financial aid is available through fee waivers, concessions, and scholarships based on merit and need:

• Fee Waivers: Available for SC/ST/PwD students, EWS category, and MCM (Minority Community Members) with income slabs up to INR 3 lakhs annually.
• Scholarships: Merit-based scholarships for top-performing students with CGPA above 9.0, covering partial or full tuition fees.
• Concessions: Reduced fees for students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds, subject to documentation and verification.

The application process for financial aid involves submitting relevant documents such as income certificates, caste certificates (for SC/ST/PwD), and proof of residence. The administration reviews applications annually, ensuring fair distribution of benefits among deserving students.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payment procedures are straightforward with multiple modes including online banking, credit/debit cards, NEFT, and demand draft options. Students must complete their payments before the start of each semester to avoid late fees or academic disruptions.

The refund policy applies in cases of withdrawal from the program, subject to specific conditions:

• Refunds are processed within 30 days of application approval
• No refund is issued after the first month of enrollment
• Partial refunds are available for students withdrawing before completion of one semester
• All deductions include administrative charges and penalties as per university regulations
