Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payments must be made through approved modes such as online banking, NEFT, RTGS, or demand draft. Late payments attract a penalty fee of ₹500 per day until the outstanding amount is cleared.
The refund policy applies to students who withdraw from the program before completion:
- Withdrawal Before 1st Month: Full refund of fees except for administrative charges (₹2,000).
- Withdrawal Between 1st and 3rd Month: Refund of 75% of fees after deducting administrative charges.
- Withdrawal After 3rd Month: No refund is admissible unless there are exceptional circumstances approved by the administration.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing with supporting documents within one month of withdrawal. The university aims to process refunds within 45 days of receiving complete documentation.
