Tuition Fee

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payment Deadlines
All fees must be paid within the specified deadlines to avoid late penalties or loss of enrollment privileges. The university provides multiple payment options including online banking, debit/credit cards, and NEFT transfers.
Late Fee Calculations
A late fee of ₹1000 per day is applicable for delayed payments beyond the due date. However, students facing genuine financial hardships can request a waiver or installment plan upon submission of supporting documents.
Refund Rules
If a student withdraws from the university before completing the academic year, refunds are processed based on the following rules:
- Withdrawal within 15 days: Full refund of all fees minus administrative charges.
- Withdrawal between 16-30 days: Refund of 80% of tuition fee and hostel rent, with no refund for mess or other charges.
- Withdrawal after 30 days: No refund is granted except in exceptional circumstances reviewed by the university administration.
