Tuition Fee

Mess Billing System

The mess billing system operates on a monthly basis with charges based on consumption patterns. Students receive meal cards that are linked to their accounts, allowing automatic deduction of fees upon meal consumption.

Rebate Policies

Students may be eligible for rebates under certain circumstances:

• Leave of Absence: Students on leave for up to one month receive a partial rebate on hostel rent and mess charges.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payment Deadlines

All fees must be paid within the specified deadlines to avoid late penalties or loss of enrollment privileges. The university provides multiple payment options including online banking, debit/credit cards, and NEFT transfers.

Late Fee Calculations

A late fee of ₹1000 per day is applicable for delayed payments beyond the due date. However, students facing genuine financial hardships can request a waiver or installment plan upon submission of supporting documents.

Refund Rules

If a student withdraws from the university before completing the academic year, refunds are processed based on the following rules:

• Withdrawal within 15 days: Full refund of all fees minus administrative charges.
• Withdrawal between 16-30 days: Refund of 80% of tuition fee and hostel rent, with no refund for mess or other charges.
• Withdrawal after 30 days: No refund is granted except in exceptional circumstances reviewed by the university administration.
