Hostel & Mess Charges

The university provides hostel accommodations for both male and female students. Room types include:

  • Single Occupancy Room: ₹20,000/month
  • Double Occupancy Room: ₹15,000/month
  • Triple Occupancy Room: ₹10,000/month

The mess billing system is based on monthly consumption, with an initial advance payment required upon joining. Rebate policies apply for students who stay for the entire academic year or complete their studies within the stipulated time.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

  • SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% waiver on tuition fees and hostel charges with additional support for medical and academic expenses.
  • EWS Category: 50% reduction in tuition fee and full waiver of hostel charges.

Eligibility criteria for scholarships include:

  • Extracurricular Achievements: Recognition in national-level competitions or research projects may lead to additional support.

The application process involves submitting relevant documents such as income certificates, caste certificates (if applicable), and academic transcripts. Applications are reviewed by a dedicated committee based on submitted evidence and verified through official channels.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments can be made online via net banking, credit/debit cards, or through NEFT/RTGS transfers. Late payments incur a fixed penalty of ₹500 per month beyond the due date. Students must adhere to strict deadlines to avoid academic disruptions.

Refund policy applies in cases of withdrawal from the program:

  • Withdrawal Before First Semester: Full refund after deducting administrative charges of ₹2000.
  • Withdrawal After First Semester: Refund of tuition fee (excluding hostel charges) minus ₹5000.
  • Withdrawal After Completion of Academic Year: No refunds are provided unless exceptional circumstances are approved by the administration.
