  • Non-AC Single Occupancy Room: ₹65000 per semester with shared bathroom facilities.
  • AC Double Occupancy Room: ₹70000 per semester with shared bathroom and amenities.

Mess charges are based on a monthly billing system where students prepay for meals. The mess menu includes vegetarian, non-vegetarian, and special dietary options to cater to diverse needs. Rebate policies apply for students who opt for meal plans exceeding minimum thresholds or those studying abroad for short durations.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university offers various financial aid schemes to ensure access to quality education regardless of economic background:

  • SC/ST/PwD Category: Full waiver on tuition fee with partial waiver on hostel charges.
  • EWS Category: 50% reduction in tuition fee and 30% reduction in hostel charges.
  • MCM (Minority Community Members): 30% discount on tuition fee and 20% discount on hostel charges.

Eligibility criteria are based on income slabs and family composition. Applications must be submitted through the university portal along with supporting documents like caste certificates, income proofs, and Aadhaar cards. The selection committee reviews applications annually to ensure fair distribution of benefits.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fees must be paid within 10 days of admission or before the start of each semester. Late payments incur a penalty of ₹500 per day until full payment is made. Payments can be made through online banking, net banking, NEFT/RTGS, or cash deposits at designated bank branches.

Refund policies are applied in cases of withdrawal or transfer from the university:

  • Withdrawal within 15 days: Full refund minus administrative charges of ₹2000.
  • Withdrawal after 15 days but before 30 days: 70% refund with no administrative charges.
  • Withdrawal after 30 days: No refund is processed.

Refunds are typically credited back to the student's account within 30 working days. In exceptional cases involving disputes or incomplete documentation, processing time may extend up to 60 days.
