Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

The refund policy applies to students who withdraw from the university within specified timeframes:

  • Withdrawal Before Commencement of Academic Year: Full refund minus processing fees
  • Withdrawal During First Month of Semester: 90% refund minus administrative charges
  • Withdrawal After First Month: No refund
