Hostel & Mess Charges

In case of withdrawal from the program, the refund policy is as follows:
- Full refund is processed if withdrawal occurs within 15 days of admission.
- 70% refund is issued if withdrawal occurs between 16-30 days after admission.
- No refund is granted after 30 days of admission.
The university ensures timely processing of refunds, with a maximum period of 30 working days for settlement. Students must submit a formal request along with necessary documentation to initiate the refund process.
