Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in university-hosted dormitories with shared facilities such as common rooms, study areas, laundry services, and 24/7 security.

Mess Advance: A prepayment required for monthly food expenses. This amount is adjusted at the end of each month based on actual consumption.

Student Benevolent Fund: A voluntary contribution that supports students facing financial hardships or emergencies during their studies.

Medical Fees: Covers basic healthcare services available within the campus medical center, including consultations, medicines, and emergency care.

Gymkhana Fees: Supports extracurricular activities including sports, cultural events, and student-led initiatives.

Examination Fees: Covers costs associated with conducting internal and external assessments, including evaluation and result processing.

Hostel & Mess Charges

The university offers multiple hostel options, ranging from single occupancy rooms to shared accommodations with varying amenities. Room types include:

  • Single Occupancy (₹2000/month)
  • Double Occupancy (₹1500/month)
  • Triple Occupancy (₹1000/month)

Mess charges are calculated based on a standard menu plan provided by the university’s catering services. Monthly bills are generated based on actual consumption, with adjustments made at the end of each month.

Rebate policies allow students to receive partial refunds if they miss meals due to valid reasons such as illness or travel. These rebates are processed monthly and applied directly to the next billing cycle.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university provides several financial assistance programs for eligible students:

  • SC/ST/PwD Category Students: Eligible for 100% waiver on tuition fee and hostel rent. Additional concessions may apply based on family income.
  • EWS Category Students: Receive 50% reduction in tuition fee and full waiver on hostel rent.
  • MCM (Minority Community Members): Beneficiaries of the National Commission for Minorities receive partial discounts depending on their category.

Eligibility criteria are determined based on income slabs, family size, and caste certificates. Applications must be submitted along with supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, and bank statements.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Fees must be paid through online portals or designated bank transfers before the specified deadline each semester. Late payments incur a penalty of ₹500 per day until clearance is achieved.

If a student withdraws from the program, refunds are processed according to the university’s refund policy:

  • Withdrawal within 15 days: Full refund minus administrative charges
  • Withdrawal between 16-30 days: 75% refund of paid fees
  • Withdrawal after 30 days: No refund is granted

Refunds are processed within 30 working days after submission of withdrawal forms and necessary documentation.
