Each component of the fee structure serves a specific purpose in supporting the educational and living experience of students:

  • Triple Occupancy Rooms: INR 20,000 per semester

The mess billing system operates on a monthly basis with options to prepay or pay in installments. Rebates are available for students who maintain good attendance and academic performance.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Financial assistance is provided to students based on income slabs and other eligibility criteria:

  • SC/ST/PwD Category: Full waiver of tuition fee and 50% concession in hostel rent.
  • EWS Category: 25% concession in all fees.
  • MCM (Minority Community Members): 10% concession in tuition fee and 50% in hostel rent.

Applications for these financial aids are submitted through the university portal, and students must provide supporting documents such as income certificates and caste certificates.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Students can make payments through online banking, debit/credit cards, or NEFT transfers. Payment deadlines are strictly enforced to avoid late fees:

  • Late Fees: 500 INR per day for delayed payment beyond the deadline.
  • Refund Policy: Refunds are processed within 30 days of withdrawal from the university, subject to deduction of applicable charges and penalties.

All refund applications must be submitted in writing with supporting documents. The process includes verification by the finance department before final approval.
