Tuition Fee

Application Process

Applications are reviewed by the financial aid committee, and decisions are communicated within two weeks.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payment Deadlines

All fees must be paid before the start of each semester. Late payments incur a penalty of Rs. 1000/- per day until the dues are cleared.

Late Fee Calculations

For late payments beyond 15 days, an additional 2% interest is charged on the outstanding amount. Payments made after the due date are subject to approval by the finance department.

Refund Rules

If a student withdraws from the program, the refund policy is as follows:

  • Withdrawal within 15 days of admission: Full refund of tuition fees minus administrative charges
  • Withdrawal between 15 and 30 days: 75% refund of tuition fees minus administrative charges
  • Withdrawal after 30 days: No refund of tuition fees

Refunds are processed within 30 days of the withdrawal request, subject to verification of documents and clearance of dues.

Additional Charges

Students may incur additional charges for late payment, re-registration, or special services such as transcript issuance or duplicate certificates. These charges are clearly communicated to students at the time of service provision.
