The mess billing system operates on a monthly basis, with students required to pay in advance for meals. The average cost per meal is approximately ₹100-120, depending on the menu provided. Rebates are available for students who have completed a certain number of consecutive months without any absences or infractions.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

We offer various financial assistance schemes to support students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds:

• SC/ST/PwD Category: Eligible students receive a 100% concession on tuition fees and hostel charges.
• EWS Category: Students receive a 50% discount on tuition fees and hostel charges.
• MCM (Meritorious Children of Migrant Workers): Full waiver of tuition fees and partial subsidy on hostel charges.

Eligibility criteria for scholarships include:

• Annual family income below ₹3 lakh for general category students
• Income slabs vary by category with specific thresholds for EWS, SC/ST, and PwD categories
• Academic performance must meet minimum CGPA requirements (typically 7.0 or above)

The application process involves submitting an online form along with supporting documents including income certificates, caste certificates, and academic transcripts. Applications are reviewed by the financial aid committee and decisions are communicated within two weeks of submission.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All payments must be made through designated payment gateways or bank transfers to ensure secure transactions. Deadlines for fee payment are strictly enforced, with late fees applied after a grace period of 15 days.

Refund policies include:

• Withdrawal Before Admission: Full refund upon official withdrawal before admission confirmation
• Withdrawal After Admission: Refund of tuition fee after deducting a processing charge of ₹5,000
• Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 30 working days from the date of application

Students must submit written requests for refunds along with necessary documentation to the finance department. Any discrepancy in payments will be resolved promptly upon verification.
