Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payments can be made through online banking, NEFT, UPI, or debit/credit cards. Late payments attract a fixed late fee of INR 1000 per day beyond the due date.
If a student withdraws from the college during any semester:
- Withdrawal Before Mid-Semester: Refund of tuition and hostel fees after deducting administrative charges (INR 5000).
- Withdrawal After Mid-Semester: Refund of 70% of tuition and hostel fees, with no refund on mess advance or examination fees.
The official refund process is initiated within 30 days of withdrawal request submission. Students must complete all necessary formalities including library clearance and hostel checkout before the refund is processed.
