Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Late fees are calculated daily from the due date and added to the total amount payable. Students must settle the entire balance before the next academic session begins to avoid suspension or discontinuation of studies.

Refund Policy

If a student withdraws from the institution, a refund is processed based on the following conditions:

  • Withdrawal within 15 days: Full refund minus processing fees.
  • Withdrawal after 15 days but before 30 days: Refund of 75% of paid fees minus processing fees.
  • Withdrawal after 30 days: No refund is granted unless there are exceptional circumstances approved by the administration.
