Detailed Fee Components
Tuition Fee: Covers instruction, library access, laboratory facilities, and academic resources provided by the university. It is divided into semester-wise installments to ensure manageable payment cycles for students.
Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in air-conditioned rooms with shared or private bathrooms, common areas, security services, and basic amenities. Hostel charges vary based on room type and occupancy.
Mess Advance: A fixed amount paid upfront for meal expenses during the semester. This advance is adjusted at the end of the term based on actual consumption.
Student Benevolent Fund: A small contribution towards maintaining student welfare services, including counseling, health check-ups, and emergency assistance.
Medical Fees: Covers access to on-campus medical facilities, preventive healthcare programs, and routine check-ups for students.
Gymkhana Fees: Provides access to sports facilities, fitness equipment, recreational activities, and cultural events organized by the student union.
Examination Fees: Covers administrative costs associated with conducting exams, grading, result processing, and issuing certificates.
Hostel & Mess Charges
Students can choose from various room types in our campus hostel facility:
- Single Occupancy Room: ₹60000 per semester with attached bathroom and Wi-Fi connectivity.
- Double Occupancy Room: ₹55000 per semester, shared bathroom facilities and basic amenities.
- Triple Occupancy Room: ₹50000 per semester, shared bathroom and common study areas.
The mess billing system operates on a monthly cycle with daily meal charges adjusted against the advance payment. Students can opt for different dietary options including vegetarian, non-vegetarian, and special diets (e.g., diabetic, low sodium).
Rebate policies are available for students who do not consume meals regularly or those residing off-campus temporarily. Rebates are calculated based on actual usage and submitted through the hostel administration office.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The university offers several financial assistance programs to support deserving students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Eligible students receive a 100% waiver on tuition fees. Additional concessions are available for hostel and mess charges.
- EWS Category: Offers a 50% reduction in tuition fee along with partial rebates on other charges.
- MCM (Meritorious Category): Students scoring above 90% in qualifying exams receive a 25% discount on tuition fees and full waiver on hostel charges.
Eligibility criteria for each category are based on income slabs and family background verification. Applications must be submitted along with supporting documents such as caste certificates, income proofs, and Aadhaar cards.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
All fee payments must be made through online banking or NEFT/RTGS transfers to the designated university account. Late payments attract a penalty of ₹500 per day until full payment is received.
The refund policy applies in cases of withdrawal from the program, transfer to another institution, or medical emergencies. Refunds are processed within 30 days of submission of necessary documents and approval from the administration office.
Students who fail to complete their course due to academic reasons may be eligible for partial refunds depending on the stage of completion and adherence to university policies.
