The total fee for the entire program amounts to INR 640,000, which includes tuition, hostel charges, mess advance, and all other mandatory fees.
Hostel & Mess Charges
Students can opt for either single or double occupancy rooms in the university hostels. Single rooms cost INR 30,000 per semester, while double rooms are priced at INR 15,000 per semester.
The mess advance is fixed at INR 5,000 per semester and covers meals for the entire academic year. Rebates are available for students who opt out of the mess system or reside outside campus.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
Financial assistance is available through various schemes including merit-based scholarships, need-based concessions, and category-specific benefits. The eligibility criteria include income slabs and academic performance.
For SC/ST/PwD students, a 50% concession on tuition fees is provided. EWS category students receive a 25% discount, while MCM (Minority Community Members) are entitled to a 10% waiver.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
All payments must be made through the university portal or bank transfers before the specified deadline. Late fees of INR 1000 per day apply for overdue payments.
If a student withdraws from the program, the refund policy applies based on the duration of enrollment. Refunds are processed within 30 days of submission of withdrawal forms and relevant documents.
