  • Withdrawal after 15 days but before mid-semester: Refund of 75% of paid fees.
  • Withdrawal after mid-semester: Refund of 50% of paid fees.

All refund requests must be submitted with proper documentation and approval from the concerned authorities. The refund process typically takes 30 working days to complete.
