Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payment Deadlines
Students must complete payment within the stipulated time frame to avoid late fees and ensure seat confirmation. Payments can be made through online banking, NEFT/RTGS, or at designated payment centers on campus.
Late Fee Calculations
A late fee of 1% per month is charged for overdue payments beyond the deadline. The maximum late fee capped at 10% of the total annual fee to prevent excessive financial burden.
Refund Policy
If a student withdraws from the program, a refund is processed according to the following schedule:
- Withdrawal before 15 days of admission: Full refund minus administrative charges
- Withdrawal between 15-30 days: Refund of 75% after deducting administrative charges
- Withdrawal after 30 days: No refund is processed
Refunds are processed within 45 working days from the date of withdrawal application submission.
