The university offers multiple hostel options with varying room types. Single occupancy rooms cost ₹10,000 per semester, while double occupancy rooms are priced at ₹7,500 per semester. Shared accommodations are available for ₹5,000 per semester.
Mess charges are calculated on a monthly basis, with a standard rate of ₹1,200 per month for regular meals. Students can opt for premium meal plans that include additional items like fruits, milk, and snacks at an extra charge.
Rebate policies allow students to receive partial refunds if they leave campus during the semester or fail to utilize their full meal allowance. Rebates are calculated based on actual usage and submitted through the hostel administration office.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
Eligibility for fee waivers and concessions is determined based on income slabs and category of students. SC/ST/PwD candidates receive full fee waivers if their annual family income is below ₹2 lakh. EWS category students qualify for 50% fee concession if income is between ₹2 lakh and ₹4 lakh.
Merit-based scholarships are awarded to top-performing students in the first year of admission. These scholarships cover up to 100% of tuition fees and are renewable based on academic performance.
The application process for financial aid involves submitting relevant documents including income certificates, caste certificates (if applicable), and Aadhaar card copies. Applications must be submitted before the start of each semester.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payments can be made online through net banking, credit/debit cards, or NEFT/RTGS transfers. Late payments attract a penalty fee of ₹500 per day until clearance is achieved.
The refund policy applies to students withdrawing from the program before the completion of the semester. Refunds are processed within 30 days after submission of withdrawal forms and supporting documents.
Students must ensure timely payment of all fees to avoid academic disruptions or penalties. The university provides detailed billing statements each month to help track payments and outstanding dues.
