Hostel & Mess Charges

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
Financial assistance is available to students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. Eligibility criteria include family income below ₹4 lakh per annum, SC/ST/PwD status, and EWS classification.
Concessions include full or partial fee waivers for meritorious students who secure top ranks in entrance exams. Additionally, scholarships are awarded based on performance, leadership, and community service involvement.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Fees must be paid before the start of each semester or as per the schedule communicated by the finance department. Late payments incur a penalty of ₹500 per day until cleared.
If a student withdraws from the program, refunds are processed according to the university’s refund policy. Deductions include administrative fees, hostel charges for the current semester, and any outstanding dues. Refunds are credited within 30 working days after submission of necessary documents.
