Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in a single or double occupancy room with basic amenities such as beds, study tables, wardrobes, and common areas.
Mess Advance: Prepaid meal charges covering breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the entire semester. The mess operates on a monthly billing system with adjustments based on attendance.
Student Benevolent Fund: A nominal fee collected to support students in financial distress or emergencies.
Medical Fees: Covers basic healthcare services provided by the campus medical center, including consultations and minor treatments.

Hostel & Mess Charges

The mess operates on a prepaid system where students pay an advance for meals. Monthly billing occurs based on attendance, and refunds are processed for unused days. The mess menu includes vegetarian and non-vegetarian options tailored to meet nutritional requirements.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
Financial aid is available for students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Full waiver of tuition fee and hostel charges.
- EWS Category: 50% concession on tuition fee and 25% on hostel charges.
- MCM (Minority Community): 25% discount on tuition fee and 10% on hostel charges.
Applications for financial assistance must be submitted online with supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, and disability certificates. The university evaluates applications based on established criteria and provides timely approvals.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
All fees must be paid by the specified deadline each semester. Late payments attract a penalty of 5% per month. Students can make payments via online banking, credit/debit cards, or NEFT/RTGS transfers.
If a student withdraws from the program, the refund policy applies as follows:
- Withdrawal before 10th day of the semester: Full refund minus administrative charges.
- Withdrawal between 10th and 30th day: 50% refund minus administrative charges.
- Withdrawal after 30th day: No refund except in exceptional circumstances approved by the administration.
The university ensures transparency in fee collection and provides detailed receipts for all transactions.
