Hostel & Mess Charges

Mess charges are collected as an advance at the beginning of each semester. The billing system is transparent and based on actual consumption, with monthly adjustments made to reflect usage patterns. Rebates are available for students who maintain a minimum attendance record in hostel activities or demonstrate academic excellence.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
Several financial assistance options are available to eligible students:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Full waiver of tuition fee with partial reduction in hostel rent.
- EWS Category: 50% waiver on tuition and hostel charges.
- MCM (Minority Community Member): 25% concession in tuition fees.
Eligibility criteria are based on income slabs and caste certificates. Applications for fee waivers must be submitted with supporting documents during the admission process or as per university guidelines.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
All payments must be made through NEFT, RTGS, or online banking platforms accepted by the university. Late payments attract a fixed late fee of ₹1000 per month until cleared.
In case of withdrawal, refunds are processed according to university rules, with deductions for administrative costs and unutilized services. Students must submit a formal application along with supporting documents at least one month before the intended date of departure.
