Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Al Falah University Faridabad offers multiple financial assistance options for eligible students:

  • SC/ST/PwD Category: Full waiver of tuition fee and hostel rent. Eligibility is based on valid certificates issued by competent authorities.
  • EWS Category: 50% concession in tuition fee and full waiver in hostel rent. Income slab: Annual family income below ₹8 lakh.
  • MCM (Maiden Child of a Meritorious Student): 25% concession in tuition fee and partial waiver in hostel rent. Eligibility depends on parent's academic record.

Application Process for Financial Aid

Students applying for fee waivers or concessions must submit the following documents:

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fees must be paid through online banking or NEFT/RTGS transactions. Payments made via cash or demand draft are not accepted.

Payment Deadlines:

  • Fees for first semester must be paid before the start of classes.
  • Subsequent semesters' fees must be paid within one week of commencement.

Late Fee Charges:

  • ₹1000/day after deadline until payment is made.
  • No late fees are charged for payments made within the first two weeks post-deadline.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds are processed only in case of withdrawal from the university before the completion of the academic year.
  • Withdrawal must be approved by the administration and refund is adjusted against fees already paid.
  • No refund is granted for partial attendance or non-completion of semester requirements.
