Tuition Fee: The tuition fee covers the cost of instruction, access to academic resources, laboratory facilities, and administrative support. It is subject to annual adjustments based on inflation and infrastructure development costs.

Hostel Rent: Hostel accommodation is provided in double or triple occupancy rooms with basic amenities such as beds, wardrobes, study tables, and common areas. The rent includes utilities like electricity, water, internet, and maintenance services.

Mess Advance: A monthly mess advance of ₹15,000 covers meals for the entire month. The actual bill is calculated at the end of each month based on consumption and adjusted accordingly.

Student Benevolent Fund: This fund supports students facing financial hardships or emergencies during their stay. Contributions are voluntary but encouraged to foster a supportive campus culture.

Medical Fees: Includes access to on-campus medical facilities, routine checkups, and emergency healthcare services for all enrolled students.

Gymkhana Fees: Covers gym access, sports equipment usage, and participation in inter-college competitions. Students can also avail of discounts on fitness classes and wellness programs.

Examination Fees: Covers the cost of conducting examinations, evaluating answer scripts, issuing result certificates, and maintaining academic records.

Hostel & Mess Charges

The university operates multiple hostels with varying room types to accommodate students from diverse backgrounds:

  • Double Occupancy Rooms: ₹60,000 per annum (₹5000/month)
  • Triple Occupancy Rooms: ₹60,000 per annum (₹5000/month)
  • Suite Rooms: ₹80,000 per annum (₹6667/month)

Mess charges are calculated based on a fixed monthly rate with adjustments for seasonal variations and dietary preferences. Students can opt for vegetarian or non-vegetarian meals, with special arrangements made for religious observances.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university offers various financial assistance programs to support students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds:

  • SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% waiver on tuition fees and partial concession on hostel charges.
  • EWS Category: 50% waiver on tuition fees and full concession on hostel charges.
  • MCM (Meritorious Children of Merit): Full waiver on tuition fees for students scoring above 90% in Class 12th.

All applicants must submit income certificates, caste certificates (if applicable), and other supporting documents to verify eligibility. The application process is conducted online through the university portal.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Fees are to be paid in installments at the beginning of each semester. Late payments incur a penalty of ₹500 per day beyond the deadline. Students who wish to withdraw from the program must follow a formal procedure:

  1. Submit an application for withdrawal within one week of the start of the semester.
  2. Pay applicable penalties and outstanding dues.
  3. Return all university property including ID cards, books, and hostel keys.
  4. Receive a refund after verification of accounts (minus administrative charges).

The refund policy ensures transparency and fairness in processing refunds for students who leave before completing the academic year.
