Refund Rules

If a student withdraws from the university, the following refund policy applies:

  • Before 15th day of semester: Full refund minus administrative charges (₹2,000)
  • Between 16th–30th day of semester: 75% refund minus administrative charges
  • After 30th day of semester: No refund is provided

Refunds are processed within 45 days of withdrawal and credited to the student's bank account.
