Hostel & Mess Charges

Rebate policies are available for students who do not use the hostel facilities during certain periods, such as during summer vacation or special events. Rebates are typically credited back to the student's account after verification.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

A range of financial assistance options is available for eligible students:

  • SC/ST/PwD Students: Receive a 100% fee waiver based on valid certificates.
  • EWS Category: Eligible for a 50% fee concession if income exceeds ₹3 lakh but is below ₹6 lakh annually.
  • MCM (Minority Community): Benefited with up to 25% reduction in fees.

Scholarships are awarded based on merit and financial need. Applications must be submitted during the admission process or within two weeks of joining, depending on eligibility criteria. The university also offers partial funding for students participating in national-level competitions and research projects.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Fees can be paid through various methods including online banking, NEFT/RTGS, credit/debit cards, or demand drafts. All payments must be made before the specified deadline to avoid late fees.

Late fees are charged at 5% per month on overdue amounts, with a maximum cap of INR 10,000. Refunds are processed within 30 working days after withdrawal from the institution, subject to compliance with refund rules and verification of outstanding dues.
