Tuition Fee
The tuition fee covers the cost of instruction, access to digital resources, laboratory facilities, and administrative services. It is paid on a semester basis and includes all mandatory courses and labs required for the program.
Hostel Rent
Students residing on campus are charged a monthly rent for their accommodation. The hostel charges vary based on room type:
- Single Occupancy Room: Rs. 12,000/month
- Double Occupancy Room: Rs. 8,000/month
- Triple Occupancy Room: Rs. 6,000/month
- Quad Occupancy Room: Rs. 5,000/month
All rooms come equipped with basic amenities such as beds, wardrobes, study tables, and internet connectivity.
Mess Advance
A one-time mess advance of Rs. 40,000 is collected at the beginning of each semester. This amount covers the cost of meals for the entire semester and can be adjusted at the end of the term based on actual consumption.
Student Benevolent Fund
This fund supports students facing financial difficulties by providing emergency loans or grants. It is managed by the student welfare committee and funded through donations and institutional contributions.
Medical Fees
The medical fee covers access to campus health services, including consultations with doctors, diagnostic tests, medications, and emergency care. Students are encouraged to register with the on-site medical center for routine checkups and preventive care.
Gymkhana Fees
These fees support the activities of student clubs, sports teams, cultural events, and extracurricular programs. They contribute to maintaining facilities such as gyms, auditoriums, and recreational spaces on campus.
Examination Fees
The examination fee covers the cost of conducting end-of-term assessments, grading, result processing, and issuing transcripts. It is collected once per semester and includes both internal and external evaluation components.

Mess Billing System
The mess billing system operates on a monthly basis. Students pay an advance amount at the beginning of each month, which is adjusted based on actual consumption. Meal plans include breakfast, lunch, and dinner with vegetarian and non-vegetarian options available. Special dietary requirements can be accommodated upon request.
Rebate Policies
Students are eligible for rebates in certain cases:
- Academic Leave: Full rebate on hostel charges during approved leaves of absence.
- Internship Period: Partial rebate on hostel charges if students are away for internships lasting more than 30 days.
- Medical Absence: Half rebate on hostel charges for medical leave exceeding 15 days.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Scholarship Criteria
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Students belonging to these categories are eligible for full fee waivers or concessions based on income slabs.
- EWS Category: Concessions of up to 50% are available for families with annual income below Rs. 8 lakh.
- MCM (Most Backward Class): Students from MCM backgrounds receive partial fee discounts based on economic status and academic performance.
Application Process

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payment Deadlines
Students must complete payment for all fees within the specified deadlines. Late payments attract penalties as outlined below:
- Up to 15 Days Late: 10% penalty on total fee amount
- 16-30 Days Late: 20% penalty on total fee amount
- Over 30 Days Late: 30% penalty on total fee amount plus additional administrative charges
Refund Policy
If a student withdraws from the program, the refund policy applies:
- Withdrawal Before 15 Days of Start Date: Full refund minus Rs. 5000 administrative charges
- Withdrawal Between 15-30 Days: Refund of 80% of fees paid
- Withdrawal After 30 Days: No refund is applicable except in cases of medical emergencies or other compelling reasons
