The mess billing system is transparent and automated. Students pay a fixed advance amount for meals at the beginning of each semester. The actual bill is adjusted monthly based on consumption and can be refunded if unused.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
Amity University Patna offers various financial aid options to deserving students:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Full waiver of tuition fees for students belonging to these categories.
- EWS Category: 50% reduction in tuition fees for eligible EWS students.
- MCM (Minority Community Members): 25% concession on tuition fees for recognized minority communities.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Students can make fee payments through online banking, net banking, debit cards, credit cards, or NEFT/RTGS transfers. Payment deadlines are strictly enforced to avoid late fees.
Late fees are calculated at 5% per month on overdue amounts. Refunds are processed within 30 days upon withdrawal from the university, subject to compliance with refund rules and resolution of any dues.
