Tuition Fee: This covers the cost of instruction, access to digital resources, lab facilities, and academic support services. It is divided equally among the eight semesters.

Hostel Rent: Covers accommodation charges for on-campus housing. Room types include single, double, triple, and quad occupancy options with varying amenities.

Mess Advance: A pre-paid amount to cover meals for a semester. Students are billed monthly based on actual consumption and adjusted accordingly.

Student Benevolent Fund: Supports students facing financial hardships through grants and assistance programs.

Medical Fees: Covers basic healthcare services, including consultations with campus doctors and emergency medical assistance.

Gymkhana Fees: Funds activities related to physical fitness, sports events, and recreational programs.

Examination Fees: Covers costs associated with conducting internal assessments and external examinations.

Hostel & Mess Charges

Amity University Patna offers multiple hostel options to suit different preferences and budgets. The rooms are categorized based on occupancy:

• Single Occupancy Room: INR 40,000 per semester
• Double Occupancy Room: INR 35,000 per semester
• Triple Occupancy Room: INR 30,000 per semester
• Quad Occupancy Room: INR 25,000 per semester

The mess billing system is transparent and automated. Students pay a fixed advance amount for meals at the beginning of each semester. The actual bill is adjusted monthly based on consumption and can be refunded if unused.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Amity University Patna offers various financial aid options to deserving students:

• SC/ST/PwD Category: Full waiver of tuition fees for students belonging to these categories.
• EWS Category: 50% reduction in tuition fees for eligible EWS students.
• MCM (Minority Community Members): 25% concession on tuition fees for recognized minority communities.

Eligibility criteria are based on income slabs and caste certificates. Applications must be submitted along with supporting documents during the admission process.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Students can make fee payments through online banking, net banking, debit cards, credit cards, or NEFT/RTGS transfers. Payment deadlines are strictly enforced to avoid late fees.

Late fees are calculated at 5% per month on overdue amounts. Refunds are processed within 30 days upon withdrawal from the university, subject to compliance with refund rules and resolution of any dues.
