The mess billing system allows for flexible meal choices, with options ranging from standard meals to premium offerings. Rebate policies apply for students who do not consume meals regularly or face unforeseen circumstances.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
We provide financial assistance through various scholarship schemes aimed at supporting meritorious students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% waiver on tuition fees
- EWS Category: 50% waiver on tuition fees
- MCM (Minority Community Member): 25% waiver on tuition fees
Eligibility criteria for scholarships are based on income slabs and academic performance:

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
All fees must be paid within the specified deadlines set by the administration. Late payments attract a penalty of 5% per month or Rs. 1000, whichever is higher.
Refunds are processed according to university guidelines:
- Full refund for withdrawal before the commencement of classes
- Partial refund for withdrawal after classes have started but within one month
- No refund beyond one month of commencement
Students must submit a written request along with supporting documents for any refund-related queries. The process typically takes 30 days from submission.
