Hostel & Mess Charges

Our campus offers various hostel room types to accommodate students' preferences and needs. The mess system operates on a monthly billing cycle with different meal options available for daily consumption.

Room types include:

  • Single Occupancy Room (S.O.R)

The mess billing system allows for flexible meal choices, with options ranging from standard meals to premium offerings. Rebate policies apply for students who do not consume meals regularly or face unforeseen circumstances.

We provide financial assistance through various scholarship schemes aimed at supporting meritorious students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds:

  • EWS Category: 50% waiver on tuition fees

Refunds are processed according to university guidelines:

  • Full refund for withdrawal before the commencement of classes
  • Partial refund for withdrawal after classes have started but within one month
  • No refund beyond one month of commencement

Students must submit a written request along with supporting documents for any refund-related queries. The process typically takes 30 days from submission.
