In case of withdrawal or discontinuation, the refund policy applies:

  • Full Refund: If withdrawal occurs within 15 days of admission, full amount is refunded minus administrative charges.
  • Partial Refund: After 15 days but before completion of first semester, 70% of the total fee is refunded after deduction of applicable charges.
  • No Refund: No refund is provided after completion of the first semester unless exceptional circumstances are documented and approved by the administration.

Refunds are processed within 30 working days from the date of application, subject to verification of documents and compliance with university regulations.
