Fee Waivers, Concessions & Scholarships

- EWS Category: 50% waiver on tuition fee and partial concession on hostel charges for families with annual income below Rs. 3 lakhs.
- MCM (Minority Community Member): Eligible for a 25% reduction in tuition fee and special consideration in hostel allocation.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Fees must be paid before the commencement of each semester. Payment deadlines are strictly enforced to avoid late fees or disqualification from classes.
Late Fee Calculation: A late fee of Rs. 500 per day is applicable beyond the deadline unless a formal extension request is approved by the finance department.
Refund Policy: Refunds are processed in accordance with university regulations and are subject to verification of academic records and financial obligations. Withdrawal requests must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the start of the semester to ensure timely processing of refunds.
