Fee Components Explained

Hostel & Mess Charges

Mess billing is based on consumption, with a fixed monthly advance of Rs. 20,000 per student. Rebate policies apply to students from economically weaker sections and those who meet specific criteria set by the university.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university offers various financial aid options to support deserving students:

• SC/ST/PwD Category: Eligible students receive a 100% waiver on tuition fees.
• EWS Category: Students from economically weaker sections receive a 50% waiver on tuition fees.
• MCM (Minority Community Member): Full waiver on tuition fees for eligible students.

Application for fee waivers must be submitted through the official portal along with supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, or disability certificates. The university reviews applications annually and disburses aid based on verified documentation.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fees must be paid within 15 days of the start of each semester. Late payments attract a penalty of Rs. 1000 per day until cleared. Payment can be made through online banking, credit/debit cards, or NEFT/RTGS transfers.

Refunds are processed according to university guidelines in case of withdrawal or transfer. A refund request must be submitted within one month of the last semester's commencement. Deductions include administrative charges and any outstanding dues.
