Hostel Rent: Accommodation charges vary depending on room type (single, double, triple). Single rooms are available for Rs. 8000 per semester while shared rooms are priced accordingly.
Mess Advance: A monthly advance payment required to cover meal expenses in the campus mess. It is typically adjusted at the end of each month based on actual consumption.
Student Benevolent Fund: This fund supports students facing financial difficulties or emergencies during their studies.
Medical Fees: Covers basic medical services provided within the campus health center.

Hostel & Mess Charges

Mess charges include three meals per day (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and are billed monthly. Fee Waivers, Concessions & Scholarships
Several financial aid options are available to deserving students:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Eligible students receive a 50% concession on tuition fees and full waiver of hostel charges.
- EWS Category: Students from economically weaker sections get a 25% discount on tuition fees.
- MCM (Minority Community Member): Full waiver of tuition fee and partial concession on hostel charges.
The application process for these benefits requires submission of relevant documents such as caste certificate, income certificate, or disability certificate. All applications are reviewed by the financial aid committee before approval.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payments can be made online via net banking or credit/debit card. Late payments incur a penalty of Rs. 500 per day until cleared. The university provides a grace period of 15 days after the due date for payment.
In case of withdrawal from the program, refund rules apply:
- Withdrawal within first month: Full refund minus administrative charges
- Withdrawal between 1-3 months: 70% refund
- Withdrawal after 3 months: No refund
All refunds are processed within 30 working days of receipt of the withdrawal request and associated documents.
