Hostel & Mess Charges

Room Types

• Single Occupancy Room: Rs. 25,000 per semester (includes all basic amenities)
• Double Occupancy Room: Rs. 20,000 per semester (shared space with another student)
• Triple Occupancy Room: Rs. 18,000 per semester (shared among three students)

Mess charges are collected in advance and adjusted monthly based on consumption. The mess facility offers nutritious meals and dietary options catering to different tastes and requirements.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university recognizes the financial constraints faced by some students and provides various fee waiver and concession schemes:

• SC/ST/PwD Category: 50% fee concession for SC/ST candidates and 100% for PwD students.
• EWS Category: 25% fee concession for economically weaker section students.
• MCM (Minority Community Member): 10% fee concession for eligible minority community members.

Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must submit the required documents and meet income slabs specified by the university:

• SC/ST/PwD: Annual income below Rs. 4 lakhs
• EWS: Annual income between Rs. 4 lakhs to Rs. 8 lakhs
• MCM: Annual income below Rs. 3 lakhs

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

• Payment Deadlines: Fees must be paid within 10 days of registration. Late fees are applicable after the deadline.
• Late Fee Calculations: A late fee of Rs. 500 per day is charged beyond the payment deadline.
• Refund Policy: Refunds are processed upon withdrawal or discontinuation of studies, subject to the following conditions:

Withdrawal Conditions:

• Students must submit a formal application for withdrawal with valid reasons.
• Refunds are processed within 30 days after approval, excluding the tuition fee portion.
• Refund eligibility depends on the number of semesters completed and whether any financial obligations remain unpaid.
