Late Fee Calculation: A penalty of ₹500 per day is charged for late payments beyond the deadline, with a maximum cap of ₹5,000 per semester.

Refund Policy: Refunds are processed under specific conditions:

  • Withdrawal from Institution: Students must submit a formal withdrawal application within 15 days of the start of the semester. Refunds are processed after deducting administrative charges and any outstanding dues.
  • Transfer to Another Institution: Refunds are granted upon submission of an official transfer letter from the new institution, subject to verification by the academic board.
  • Academic Suspension: During suspension periods, fees are retained until the student resumes studies or is officially withdrawn.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation. The processing time for refunds typically takes 30-45 days from the date of submission.
