Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Financial assistance is available to eligible students through various schemes:

  • SC/ST/PwD Category: Full fee waiver for students belonging to these categories based on valid certificates.
  • EWS Category: 50% concession on tuition fees for economically disadvantaged students.
  • MCM (Minority Community Member): 25% reduction in fees for eligible minority community members.

Applications for fee concessions must be submitted along with supporting documents during the admission process. The university reviews each application based on income slabs and other eligibility criteria.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Students are required to make payments within the specified deadlines set by the university. Late fees are applicable for delayed payments, with penalties increasing progressively if the deadline is missed.

In case of withdrawal from the program, the refund policy is as follows:

  • Withdrawal before completion of one semester: 10% refund
  • Withdrawal after completion of one semester but before two semesters: 30% refund
  • Withdrawal after completion of two semesters but before three semesters: 50% refund
  • Withdrawal after completion of three semesters but before four semesters: 70% refund
  • Withdrawal after completion of four semesters: No refund

The university ensures prompt processing of refunds upon submission of all necessary documents and clearance of dues.
