Hostel & Mess Charges

The university provides hostel accommodation for students in three categories: Single, Double, and Triple occupancy rooms. Each room is equipped with essential furniture including beds, study tables, wardrobes, and fans. Additional amenities such as Wi-Fi connectivity, laundry services, and 24/7 security are provided to ensure a comfortable living environment.

The mess system operates on a monthly billing cycle with different meal plans available for students. Students can choose from various options including vegetarian, non-vegetarian, or mixed meals. The billing process is transparent and includes detailed records of consumption for each student.

Rebate policies are in place for students who do not consume meals during certain periods due to academic commitments or other reasons. These rebates are calculated based on the number of days missed and are credited back to the student's account at the end of the month.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university offers various fee waivers and concessions to eligible students based on their socio-economic background and academic achievements:

  • SC/ST/PwD Category: Students belonging to these categories receive a 100% waiver on tuition fees and a partial rebate on hostel charges.
  • EWS Category: Eligible students receive a 50% waiver on tuition fees and a 30% rebate on hostel charges.
  • MCM (Minority Community Member): Students from minority communities are eligible for a 25% waiver on tuition fees and a 15% rebate on hostel charges.

Additionally, academic merit-based scholarships are awarded to top-performing students. These scholarships range from 20% to 100% of the total fee structure based on CGPA and performance in national-level competitions or projects.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Students must complete fee payment within the specified deadline set by the university. Late payments attract a penalty of ₹500 per day, with maximum penalties capped at ₹10000. Payments can be made through online banking, NEFT/RTGS, or physical deposit at designated bank branches.

In case of withdrawal from the program, students must submit an application to the registrar office within 15 days of the decision. The refund process follows a strict timeline with deductions for administrative charges and hostel accommodation fees. Refunds are processed within 30 working days after approval.
