Fee Components Explained

Tuition Fee: Covers the cost of instruction, academic resources, and infrastructure support for the entire program.

  • Double Occupancy Room: INR 20,000 per semester. Shared with one roommate, includes similar amenities as single room.
  • Triple Occupancy Room: INR 15,000 per semester. Shared with two roommates, basic amenities provided.

The mess charges are calculated monthly and include three meals daily. The billing system is based on actual consumption, with adjustments made at the end of each month to reflect usage accurately.

Rebate policies are available for students who do not consume meals regularly or during specific periods such as internships or leave. These rebates are processed automatically upon submission of relevant documentation.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university offers financial aid to eligible students through various waiver and concession schemes:

  • SC/ST/PwD Category: Full fee waiver for students belonging to these categories. Requires valid certificates from local authorities.
  • EWS Category: 50% fee concession for economically weaker sections. Income slabs are defined by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment.
  • MCM (Minority Community Member): 25% fee concession for students from minority communities. Documentation must be submitted during admission.

The application process involves submitting relevant certificates, income proofs, and other supporting documents to the financial aid office. Decisions are made within two weeks of submission.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fees must be paid online through the university's official portal or via NEFT/RTGS transfer. Late payments incur a penalty of INR 500 per day beyond the due date.

Refunds are processed according to the following rules:

  • Withdrawal Before Completion: Refund is subject to deduction of processing fees and administrative charges. Full refund is possible if withdrawal occurs within the first month.
  • Withdrawal After Completion: No refund is allowed for completed semesters or academic years.
  • Financial Aid Applications: Refunds are processed after approval of scholarship applications and verification of eligibility.

Students must ensure timely payment to avoid any disruption in their studies. The university provides clear guidelines and assistance throughout the payment process to ensure smooth transactions.
