Fee Structure (Per Semester)

The total fee for the entire four-year program amounts to 910,000 INR, with each semester costing approximately 227,500 INR.

Detailed Fee Breakdown

• Tuition Fee: Covers instruction, laboratory access, and administrative costs associated with academic activities.
• Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in the college hostel facility with shared amenities.
• Mess Advance: Advance payment for meals provided in the campus mess facilities.
• Student Benevolent Fund: A nominal contribution towards student welfare and community initiatives.
• Medical Fees: Covers basic healthcare services and medical consultations within the college.
• Gymkhana Fees: Supports sports and extracurricular activities organized by the gymkhana.
• Examination Fees: Covers costs related to conducting internal and external examinations.

Hostel & Mess Charges

The college offers comfortable hostel accommodation with multiple room types:

• Single Room: INR 45,000 per semester for single occupancy.
• Double Room: INR 35,000 per semester for two occupants.
• Triple Room: INR 25,000 per semester for three occupants.

The mess system operates on a monthly billing cycle. Students pay an advance of INR 20,000 at the beginning of each semester, which is adjusted against actual consumption during the period.

Rebate policies are available for students who do not consume meals regularly or those facing financial hardship. Applications for rebates must be submitted to the hostel office with supporting documentation.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The college offers various forms of financial aid based on income slabs and merit:

• SC/ST/PwD Category: Full fee waiver for students from SC/ST or PwD categories.
• EWS Category: 50% fee concession for economically weaker sections.
• MCM (Minority Community Member): 25% fee concession for students belonging to minority communities.
• Meritorious Students: Merit-based scholarships up to 100% of tuition fees for top performers in JEE or board exams.

Applications for financial aid must be submitted along with required documents such as income certificates, caste certificates (for SC/ST), disability certificates (for PwD), and academic records.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments can be made through online banking, credit/debit cards, or NEFT transfers to the college account. The due date for payment is 10th of each month, with a late fee of INR 500 per day applicable beyond the deadline.

In case of withdrawal from the program, students are eligible for refunds as per the following policy:

• Withdrawal Before First Semester: Full refund minus administrative charges (INR 10,000).
• Withdrawal After First Semester: Refund of tuition fee minus one semester's cost and administrative charges.
• Withdrawal Due to Medical Reasons: Full refund upon submission of a valid medical certificate.

All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the withdrawal date, accompanied by necessary documentation. Refunds are processed within 60 working days from the submission date.
