Hostel & Mess Charges

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The college offers various forms of financial aid based on income slabs and merit:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Full fee waiver for students from SC/ST or PwD categories.
- EWS Category: 50% fee concession for economically weaker sections.
- MCM (Minority Community Member): 25% fee concession for students belonging to minority communities.
- Meritorious Students: Merit-based scholarships up to 100% of tuition fees for top performers in JEE or board exams.
Applications for financial aid must be submitted along with required documents such as income certificates, caste certificates (for SC/ST), disability certificates (for PwD), and academic records.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payments can be made through online banking, credit/debit cards, or NEFT transfers to the college account. The due date for payment is 10th of each month, with a late fee of INR 500 per day applicable beyond the deadline.
In case of withdrawal from the program, students are eligible for refunds as per the following policy:
- Withdrawal Before First Semester: Full refund minus administrative charges (INR 10,000).
- Withdrawal After First Semester: Refund of tuition fee minus one semester's cost and administrative charges.
- Withdrawal Due to Medical Reasons: Full refund upon submission of a valid medical certificate.
All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the withdrawal date, accompanied by necessary documentation. Refunds are processed within 60 working days from the submission date.
