Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

  • SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% waiver on tuition fees with partial reimbursement for hostel charges.
  • EWS Category: 50% waiver on tuition fees and full reimbursement for hostel charges.
  • MCM (Minority Community Member): 25% waiver on tuition fees and partial support for hostel charges.

Eligibility criteria are based on income slabs, with detailed documentation required to verify financial status. Applications for these benefits must be submitted along with the admission form or during the first semester.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fees must be paid through online banking or NEFT/RTGS transfers to the designated account. Late payments attract a penalty of ₹500 per day, up to a maximum of ₹5,000.

If a student withdraws from the program before completing the academic year, the refund policy applies:

  • Before 15 Days of Session Start: Full refund minus administrative charges of ₹2,000
  • Between 15-30 Days of Session Start: 75% refund minus administrative charges
  • After 30 Days of Session Start: No refund is granted

The institute reserves the right to adjust fees based on inflation and operational costs. All financial details are communicated clearly through official notices and email alerts to ensure transparency in billing processes.
