Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payments are accepted through net banking, credit/debit cards, NEFT, or RTGS transactions. Students must complete payment within the deadline specified in the academic calendar to avoid late fees.
Late fees are calculated at 1% of the total amount per day beyond the due date. Refunds are processed only upon official withdrawal from the institution, subject to verification and approval by the finance department.
Students who wish to withdraw must submit a formal application along with reasons for departure. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of withdrawal and adherence to institutional guidelines. Refunds are typically credited within 30 working days after processing.
